If your split system is not working at all, displaying a fault or just not working as well as it should be, then it may need more than a service.

Our flat rate diagnostic fees cover the initial callout and labour involved to diagnose the issue with your AC*.

Our highly trained technicians will aim to repair the unit on site if possible, and if specific parts need to be ordered to get your system back up and running we will give a quotation for repairs.


*Up to 1hrs labour split system diagnostic and 1.5hrs labour for ducted diagnostic

Split System Service – Standard

  • Clean return air filter(s)
  • Clean indoor unit covers
  • Test drains
  • Clean outdoor unit covers
  • Lubricate outdoor fan motor bearings
  • Test and record running currents
  • Test and record operation temperatures
  • Make recommendations for repairs, if required
  • Fill out and provide detailed service report
$250 first unit

$170 for each additional unit

Split System Service – Premium

  • Clean return air filter(s)
  • Disassemble indoor unit covers
  • Clean indoor coil and fan barrel using coil cleaner solution and pressure washer.
  • Clean indoor unit covers
  • Flush and test drains
  • Clean outdoor unit covers
  • Lubricate outdoor fan motor bearings
  • Clean outdoor coil using coil cleaner solution and pressure washer.
  • Test and record running currents
  • Test and record operation temperatures
  • Check refrigerant pressures
  • Make recommendations for repairs, if required
  • Fill out and provide detailed service report
$320 first unit

$240 for each additional unit

Ducted System Service – Standard

  • Clean return air filter(s)
  • Inspect ductwork in roof space
  • Test drains
  • Clean outdoor unit covers
  • Lubricate outdoor fan motor bearings
  • Test and record running currents
  • Test and record operation temperatures
  • Make recommendations for repairs, if required
  • Fill out and provide detailed service report

$550 if two systems, same house

Ducted System Service – Premium

  • Replace return air filter(s)
  • Inspect ductwork in roof space
  • Test zone motors for correct operation
  • Clean indoor coil using coil cleaner solution and pressure washer.
  • Flush and test drains
  • Clean outdoor unit covers
  • Lubricate fan motor bearings
  • Clean outdoor coil using coil cleaner solution and pressure washer.
  • Test and record running currents
  • Test and record operation temperatures
  • Check refrigerant pressures
  • Make recommendations for repairs, if required
  • Fill out and provide detailed service report
