Awesome job by Mitch and his team. My mother needed a new aircon and she was quoted and installed within the week. Came on time, very friendly, professional and helpful. Old air-con out and taken away, what little mess there was, cleaned up. I would definitely recommend their service.

Found this company by looking at the Google reviews. Very pleased with the work they did. Fixed the problem in a matter of thirty mins. AC unit is now working again after 3 or 4 months of refusing to do anything. Just in time for the colder weather. Polite and friendly guys. They were a few minutes late but messaged ahead to let me know. All round good decision, would gladly recommend Airmelec to anyone. They also gave me a reasonable quote for an additional unit.

Update: It has taken a while for me to leave comment on an A/C unit installation because I couldn't work out how to leave a second review. It's just dawned on me that you can only have one review per company!

Anyway the Airmelec guys fitted the A/C for me just before winter. They did a lovely job, very neat, the new one puts my other units to shame. There was a minor problem with the front cover which they pointed out to me. A couple of weeks later Mitch got one of his guys to pop in with a new cover. Not all companies would go to those lengths, great customer service. The unit has been working perfectly. It is in my 11y/o daughters room, I have to keep an eye on her because she puts it on for the sake of it!

They also recently added a new external power socket for me, as usual they've done a nice neat job. Definately recommend.

Update: Another nice neat installation. Replacing an existing unit in a bedroom, works so much better than the original one, cheaper to run too. Thanks again Mitch.

Update: Just had them replace the AC unit in my lounge as the previous unit failed (it was 12 years old). Another great job. Also had some switches and light fittings replaced, we had some minor issues to overcome but the boys came to me explained the problem and then suggested a solution. Very helpful.

Extremely happy with our new ducted air conditioning installation. The brand of unit itself is top of the line and Aussie made, but what really stood out was the quality of workmanship and the level of service. The whole team was punctual, knowledgeable, and left everything clean and tidy. It was effortless to deal with the owner himself and he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best tailored placements and outcomes for the way our house/roof was configured - thanks Mitch!

14 /11/25 Have just completed my 7th home electrical and air conditioning upgrade. This time at my daughters home with Mitch and Airmelec and I continue to be impressed with their first class work and efficiency.
On all occasions they have provided excellent service and not only are they prompt and knowledgeable but their work is exemplary and at a very competitive price.
Jared led the work this time and was very professional, the work completed always first class.
I will continue using them for all my future air conditioning and electrical needs and recommend you do as well, if you want the best service with no worries.

Airmelec recently completed a major job at my place, installing three Panasonic HZ-series split system air conditioners (two 7.1 kW units for the lounge and garage, and a 3.5 kW unit in the bedroom) as well as upgrading my switchboard.

From start to finish, the process was excellent. Their quotes were very professionally written and easy to understand, clearly setting out the scope of works. On installation day, everything was carried out neatly and efficiently — wiring, cabling, and setup were done to a very high standard.

The air conditioners have been working flawlessly. I’ve connected them to the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app on both my iPhone 7 and iPhone 13 mini, and I can control them via Wi-Fi or mobile data from anywhere. I also linked them with my Amazon Echo Dot for voice control, which works perfectly. The switchboard upgrade was done neatly and gives me peace of mind knowing the system is safe and up to date.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and their professional approach. Highly recommend Airmelec for anyone looking for reliable electrical or air conditioning installation.

What a brilliant company. Excellent communication from start to finish. Fixed a problem that has been ongoing for 10years by determining the actual cause and taking the time to work out a practical solution. All team members were polite and respectful, cleaning up and leaving everything tidy. Competitive pricing and detailed quote. I was so happy I have had them back 3 times to do more work. More than an Air Con company - Mitch and his team do all electrical work and my house looks and feels so much better now. Highly recommend them.

I had a aircon controller replaced by Caleb and he was respectful, was hastily with a high standard and went above by respecting a common house rule of taking shoes off before entering.
