We were called out to this site at North Richmond to diagnose a split system that was no longer cooling. Our technicians quickly found the system had lost its gas charge and the cause was a leaking flare nut. This is one of the most common faults we come across, and it is nearly always due to a poor installation!

This is one of the many reasons why you shouldn’t choose air conditioning installers advertising cheap prices, as often the only way they can make money is by cutting corners to get the job done quicker.
