Found this company by looking at the Google reviews. Very pleased with the work they did. Fixed the problem in a matter of thirty mins. AC unit is now working again after 3 or 4 months of refusing to do anything. Just in time for the colder weather. Polite and friendly guys. They were a few minutes late but messaged ahead to let me know. All round good decision, would gladly recommend Airmelec to anyone. They also gave me a reasonable quote for an additional unit.

Update: It has taken a while for me to leave comment on an A/C unit installation because I couldn't work out how to leave a second review. It's just dawned on me that you can only have one review per company!

Anyway the Airmelec guys fitted the A/C for me just before winter. They did a lovely job, very neat, the new one puts my other units to shame. There was a minor problem with the front cover which they pointed out to me. A couple of weeks later Mitch got one of his guys to pop in with a new cover. Not all companies would go to those lengths, great customer service. The unit has been working perfectly. It is in my 11y/o daughters room, I have to keep an eye on her because she puts it on for the sake of it!

They also recently added a new external power socket for me, as usual they've done a nice neat job. Definately recommend.

Update: Another nice neat installation. Replacing an existing unit in a bedroom, works so much better than the original one, cheaper to run too. Thanks again Mitch.

Update: Just had them replace the AC unit in my lounge as the previous unit failed (it was 12 years old). Another great job. Also had some switches and light fittings replaced, we had some minor issues to overcome but the boys came to me explained the problem and then suggested a solution. Very helpful.

Extremely happy with our new ducted air conditioning installation. The brand of unit itself is top of the line and Aussie made, but what really stood out was the quality of workmanship and the level of service. The whole team was punctual, knowledgeable, and left everything clean and tidy. 14 /11/25 Have just completed my 7th home electrical and air conditioning upgrade. This time at my daughters home with Mitch and Airmelec and I continue to be impressed with their first class work and efficiency.
On all occasions they have provided excellent service and not only are they prompt and knowledgeable but their work is exemplary and at a very competitive price.
Jared led the work this time and was very professional, the work completed always first class.

What a brilliant company. Excellent communication from start to finish. Fixed a problem that has been ongoing for 10years by determining the actual cause and taking the time to work out a practical solution. I had someone come out last year to fix a noise in my aircon. The young man did his best (it was an old aircon and the problem was deep inside the unit) so couldn't quid get there however he gave it a good clean. I was very impressed with his work and his friendly manner. Last week I had the aircon replaced using Airmelec again and was happy to see the young man again (Tom) and another person and they had the unit installed in no time. They took the old unit and any rubbish with them and cleaned nicely after them self.
Customer Service was wonderful as they got the instalment organised very quickly. Would highly recommend them.
