Found this company by looking at the Google reviews. Very pleased with the work they did. Fixed the problem in a matter of thirty mins. AC unit is now working again after 3 or 4 months of refusing to do anything. Just in time for the colder weather. Polite and friendly guys. They were a few minutes late but messaged ahead to let me know. All round good decision, would gladly recommend Airmelec to anyone. They also gave me a reasonable quote for an additional unit.Update: It has taken a while for me to leave comment on an A/C unit installation because I couldn't work out how to leave a second review. It's just dawned on me that you can only have one review per company!Anyway the Airmelec guys fitted the A/C for me just before winter. They did a lovely job, very neat, the new one puts my other units to shame. There was a minor problem with the front cover which they pointed out to me. A couple of weeks later Mitch got one of his guys to pop in with a new cover. Not all companies would go to those lengths, great customer service. The unit has been working perfectly. It is in my 11y/o daughters room, I have to keep an eye on her because she puts it on for the sake of it!They also recently added a new external power socket for me, as usual they've done a nice neat job. Definately recommend.Update: Another nice neat installation. Replacing an existing unit in a bedroom, works so much better than the original one, cheaper to run too. Thanks again Mitch.

100% reccomend Airmelec.Easy to talk to, gets back to you super quickly and efficiently. Our outside air conditioning units fan exploded pretty much, the blades snapped off by getting caught. The contractor we originally had contacted was, lets just say, hopeless and really unprofessional, the silver lining to that was we were able to look for an alternative and found Airmelec, thank god. They were so much more professional and easy going. Spoke with Mitch the same day we got in touch and parts were ordered the next day, perfect customer service. Caleb who came out to replace the parts was courteous and efficient (my dogs loved him too) no mess, fixed quickly and now we have heating again during winter!!! Thank you so much, 100% would recommend.

From the first inspection to the fast delivery of a quote with no provisos Mitchell was worth 5 stars. The work started on time with a day's delay due to wet weather, Caleb and his team were excellent, efficient and capable, cleaning up wonderfully well. The system works better than ever and uses less power , is instantaneous, silent and powerful. We can not see how Airmelec could be bettered as everything was as promised or better. What a difference a day makes! I can’t express how happy I am with works carried out this week.Two tradies arrived on time and worked all day replacing my old ducting and zone motors. They kept dust and dirt to a minimum and vacuumed before they left. Mitch also came to lend a hand. Quotes, scheduling and invoicing were clear and timely. Airmelec Air Conditioning and Electrical were recommended to me by a neighbour and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.From the initial inquiry and quote, through to the final site clean up these guys are extremely professional. The company principal actually works on site with his team who are all trained, well presented tradespeople. The site was difficult because of existing, ongoing building work and through this process Mitch and his entire team were professional, polite and carried out a first class job. They explained the process thoroughly and advised me where necessary.They removed an old split system relocated another existing system to a lower floor rumpus room and upgraded the switchboard. Then supplied and installed a full Mitsubishi ducted system to the upper floor, including all the ducting, vents, ceiling unit, and mounted the external plant outside, high up exactly where I specified.The work was carried out when we required and the project was on time and on budget. The final invoice was was exactly what we were quoted. No nasty surprises.Best of all, there is a five year Mitsubishi warranty on the AC unit.At the conclusion of the work they checked the entire system and finally cleaned up and took away all their rubbish.Thank youMitch, Melissa and your team at Airmelec Air Conditioning & Electrical services. I’m happy that we chose your company for this work.I will be using this company in the near future to upgrade our smoke detectors.Thanks again.

After trying to have my aircon system fixed with error codes by other maintenance providers since Xmas..I came across Airmelec and our whole world changed 🤩Upon contacting them via Facebook was answered almost immediately and having trouble in the past getting a clear answer from other providers of their availability Airmelec told me they could assist the coming week.I was contacted the next day with day and time which they stuck to..Mitch arrived rearing to go thoroughly checked our system..It was found to be leaking refrigerant he assured me that by the end of the day he will have this fixed and I will actually have an aircon...Mitch was true to his word went above and beyond in the stinking heat sourced extra refrigerant as my system needed a lot!His professionalism knowledge and attitude to his work is the be highly commended...Don't waste your valuable time and money on anyone else these guys do it all ...One very happy COOL customer ❄❄❄

From the on-site quote where they did an in detail consult, not just a quick walk through, but actually assessed what was needed to meet what we wanted, to the swift and professional installation, these guys delivered in every way. Requesting a quote through to final installation was a breeze. Out of the 3 quotes I got, Mitch was the only one who listened to what I wanted, had a can do attitude despite facing some challenges with access of my low pitched roof to install a ducted system, he still made it happen when other quotes said that ducted won't work. The day of installation involved terrible winds with them spending some time on my roof, but the tradies were cool calm and collected, and polite despite working out all day in horrible weather on my home. I found pricing to be middle of the road, and the 2 air con units (split on ground floor and ducted on my first floor) work so well in my town house and cool down my rooms within a minute. Job well done, will use again. (if I ever have another house)
