We were called out to Matt and Mels home in Glossodia after they reported their power tripping out.

We carried out testing and traced the fault back to an old power point under the house that was full of water. We were able to isolate the faulty power point and get their power back online, but unfortunately the power point was full of water due to a fairly major leak coming from within their bathroom. This is just another example of how a “minor issue” like a tripping power circuit can often have a more serious underlying problem.
