This time at my daughters home with Mitch and Airmelec and I continue to be impressed with their first class work and efficiency.On all occasions they have provided excellent service and not only are they prompt and knowledgeable but their work is exemplary and at a very competitive price.Jared led the work this time and was very professional, the work completed always first class.I will continue using them for all my future air conditioning and electrical needs and recommend you do as well, if you want the best service with no worries.You cannot go wrong by using Airmelec and Mitch for all your electrical needs.

Airmelec recently completed a major job at my place, installing three Panasonic HZ-series split system air conditioners (two 7.1 kW units for the lounge and garage, and a 3.5 kW unit in the bedroom) as well as upgrading my switchboard.From start to finish, the process was excellent. Their quotes were very professionally written and easy to understand, clearly setting out the scope of works. On installation day, everything was carried out neatly and efficiently — wiring, cabling, and setup were done to a very high standard.The air conditioners have been working flawlessly. I’ve connected them to the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app on both my iPhone 7 and iPhone 13 mini, and I can control them via Wi-Fi or mobile data from anywhere. I also linked them with my Amazon Echo Dot for voice control, which works perfectly. The switchboard upgrade was done neatly and gives me peace of mind knowing the system is safe and up to date.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and their professional approach. Highly recommend Airmelec for anyone looking for reliable electrical or air conditioning installation.

What a brilliant company. Excellent communication from start to finish. Fixed a problem that has been ongoing for 10years by determining the actual cause and taking the time to work out a practical solution. All team members were polite and respectful, cleaning up and leaving everything tidy. Competitive pricing and detailed quote. I was so happy I have had them back 3 times to do more work. More than an Air Con company - Mitch and his team do all electrical work and my house looks and feels so much better now. Highly recommend them.

I had someone come out last year to fix a noise in my aircon. The young man did his best (it was an old aircon and the problem was deep inside the unit) so couldn't quid get there however he gave it a good clean. I was very impressed with his work and his friendly manner. Last week I had the aircon replaced using Airmelec again and was happy to see the young man again (Tom) and another person and they had the unit installed in no time. They took the old unit and any rubbish with them and cleaned nicely after them self.Customer Service was wonderful as they got the instalment organised very quickly. Would highly recommend them.Thank you.

Found this company by looking at the Google reviews. Very pleased with the work they did. Fixed the problem in a matter of thirty mins. AC unit is now working again after 3 or 4 months of refusing to do anything. Just in time for the colder weather. Polite and friendly guys. They were a few minutes late but messaged ahead to let me know. All round good decision, would gladly recommend Airmelec to anyone. They also gave me a reasonable quote for an additional unit.Update: It has taken a while for me to leave comment on an A/C unit installation because I couldn't work out how to leave a second review. It's just dawned on me that you can only have one review per company!Anyway the Airmelec guys fitted the A/C for me just before winter. They did a lovely job, very neat, the new one puts my other units to shame. There was a minor problem with the front cover which they pointed out to me. A couple of weeks later Mitch got one of his guys to pop in with a new cover. Not all companies would go to those lengths, great customer service. The unit has been working perfectly. It is in my 11y/o daughters room, I have to keep an eye on her because she puts it on for the sake of it!They also recently added a new external power socket for me, as usual they've done a nice neat job. Definately recommend.Update: Another nice neat installation. Replacing an existing unit in a bedroom, works so much better than the original one, cheaper to run too. Thanks again Mitch.

The contractor we originally had contacted was, lets just say, hopeless and really unprofessional, the silver lining to that was we were able to look for an alternative and found Airmelec, thank god. They were so much more professional and easy going. Spoke with Mitch the same day we got in touch and parts were ordered the next day, perfect customer service. Caleb who came out to replace the parts was courteous and efficient (my dogs loved him too) no mess, fixed quickly and now we have heating again during winter!!! Thank you so much, 100% would recommend.

From the first inspection to the fast delivery of a quote with no provisos Mitchell was worth 5 stars. The work started on time with a day's delay due to wet weather, Caleb and his team were excellent, efficient and capable, cleaning up wonderfully well. The system works better than ever and uses less power , is instantaneous, silent and powerful. We can not see how Airmelec could be bettered as everything was as promised or better.
