4/8/26 Made an emergency call to Airmelec yesterday to attend to my daughter’s Ducted Air Con unit that had stopped working. I understand it’s a busy time for Mitch and his team but he sent out one of the guys to look at it today. Sorted the issue and the family are rescued from another freezing night. You cannot go wrong by using Airmelec and Mitch for all your electrical needs. Thanks guys as usual.

Airmelec have now completed multiple jobs at my place over time, including installation of three Panasonic HZ-series split system air conditioners, a full subboard upgrade, Tesla Wall Connector installation, and the garage electrical works (LED lighting, power points, and external fittings). Across all of these jobs, the workmanship has been consistently excellent. The subboard upgrade in particular is very neat and professionally laid out, and the garage lighting setup has turned out extremely well. The air conditioners have been working flawlessly and can be controlled via the Panasonic Comfort Cloud app on my iPhone and laptop, as well as through my Amazon Echo Dot using voice control, which is very convenient. During the garage work we had a minor issue with the initial dimmer setup, but the team quickly worked through it and returned with a proper solution using push-button dimmers, which now work perfectly. They are also Bluetooth-enabled, allowing me to control the lighting from my iPhone, which has been a great feature. Most recently, Airmelec carried out the first annual maintenance service on all three Panasonic split system air conditioners. The technician was punctual, friendly and extremely thorough. Each indoor and outdoor unit was carefully inspected, tested and serviced, with temperatures, running checks, filters, coils, fan barrels, drain operation and electrical measurements all recorded. At the completion of the work, I received a comprehensive digital service report with photographs and test results for each unit, giving me confidence that everything is operating exactly as it should. Communication has always been excellent, quotes are detailed and professional, and the quality of workmanship has remained consistently high across every job they have completed for me. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend Airmelec for both electrical and air conditioning installation and servicing.

Awesome job by Mitch and his team. My mother needed a new aircon and she was quoted and installed within the week. Came on time, very friendly, professional and helpful. Old air-con out and taken away, what little mess there was, cleaned up. I would definitely recommend their service.

Found this company by looking at the Google reviews. Very pleased with the work they did. Fixed the problem in a matter of thirty mins. AC unit is now working again after 3 or 4 months of refusing to do anything. Just in time for the colder weather. Polite and friendly guys. They were a few minutes late but messaged ahead to let me know. All round good decision, would gladly recommend Airmelec to anyone. They also gave me a reasonable quote for an additional unit. Update: It has taken a while for me to leave comment on an A/C unit installation because I couldn't work out how to leave a second review. It's just dawned on me that you can only have one review per company! Anyway the Airmelec guys fitted the A/C for me just before winter. They did a lovely job, very neat, the new one puts my other units to shame. There was a minor problem with the front cover which they pointed out to me. A couple of weeks later Mitch got one of his guys to pop in with a new cover. Not all companies would go to those lengths, great customer service. The unit has been working perfectly. It is in my 11y/o daughters room, I have to keep an eye on her because she puts it on for the sake of it! They also recently added a new external power socket for me, as usual they've done a nice neat job. Definately recommend. Update: Another nice neat installation. Replacing an existing unit in a bedroom, works so much better than the original one, cheaper to run too. Thanks again Mitch. Update: Just had them replace the AC unit in my lounge as the previous unit failed (it was 12 years old). Another great job. Also had some switches and light fittings replaced, we had some minor issues to overcome but the boys came to me explained the problem and then suggested a solution. Very helpful.
